Shipping & Returns Policy
Hair Extensions Return and Exchange
We will gladly accept unopened, unworn returns or exchanges. The hair extensions must be in the original state as it was sent to you.
Any hair extensions that has been altered, washed or worn will not qualify for return or exchange.
Return or Exchange must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Any order received after 30 days will be returned back to the customer.
If your item meets the conditions listed above, please contact us to request a return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and returns shipping back to Michelle’s Hair Products & Beauty Supplies.
Beauty Supplies & Accessories Return and Exchange Policy
Products should be returned in the original condition and original packaging including any instructional manuals or accessories. Products that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Policy
Your products will be prepared for shipping as soon as we receive your order(s). Shipping will be provided by USPS (United States Postal Services) and FedEx .
