eye - eyelash adhesive is waterproof. Apply a thin line along the base of the fals lash (never apply the glue directly to your eyelids) let set for 30 seconds or until sticky. While holding the lash by both ends of the base strip, flex it back and fourth forming the shape of a horseshoe (see diagram on back of product) this contours the base strip to fit your lid easily and comfortably.
